Each player's games in a Seasonal ladder season
In a Seasonal ladder season's standings, click a player's number of games to see those games: each opponent and their rank, won or lost, and a link to the game on war.app where the site has it.
Clans and win rates in Seasonal ladder standings
A Seasonal ladder season's standings now show each player's clan and win rate, and can be filtered by clan or searched by clan name. The clan is the one a player is in now.
The Seasonal ladder's first seasons
war.app no longer keeps the rating logs of the Seasonal ladder's first twenty seasons (2011 to 2015), so the site now reads their games one by one and works their standings out from them. They appear over about a day, newest first, each with its champion, table, template and dates, and they count in the Hall of Fame and the Stats.
A bigger Seasonal ladder Hall of Fame
The Seasonal ladder's Hall of Fame now lists everyone who finished a season in the top 20, with their top 5, top 10 and top 20 finishes next to the seasons they won, and their games won, lost and win rate over the finished seasons. It can be searched and sorted by any column.
Forum table pictures in the war.app app
The table pictures in forum posts are now ordinary images that war.app's mobile app shows too, not only browsers. Posts already on the forum get them as well; if one still shows no tables in the app, copy it again from the site.
Gold, silver and bronze in the Clan League
Clan League tables now mark the top division's first three squads gold, silver and bronze, with stars once the season is over, as in the P/R League. Every finished season also shows which clans went up or down: a green or red mark for a clan that played the next season in a higher or lower division.
A day's site updates have an address of their own
The day's site updates on News now have an address by their date, like custom.wl-stats.com/news/2026-10-16, and the #updates message links to it.
Leagues and cups on a player's page
A player's page has a new Leagues/Cups tab, next to Active: a folded card for each league or cup they played in (P/R leagues, Clan League, Clan Cup, the Nations Cup, event series like Titled Tuesday, and the Seasonal ladder). Each says how many seasons or events, and opens to the player's record there, loaded only when you open it.
Every series on a player's History tab
A player's History tab now has a folded card for each series they played in: P/R leagues, Clan League, Clan Cup, the Nations Cup, event series like Titled Tuesday, and the Seasonal ladder. Each says how many seasons or events, and opens to the player's record there, loaded only when you open it.
Saving no longer fails while the site works in the background
Now and then, saving something on the site (a result, a line-up, a post) failed with an error while the site was creating games, reading war.app or writing a summary in the background. The background work now saves as it goes, so it no longer holds up your saves.
Delete a forum post
On a series' Forum posts page, each post now says when and by whom it was made, and organizers can delete one they don't need. A deleted post's pictures stop showing on the forum, so delete only posts that were never put up there.
Dark table pictures for the forum
The table pictures in forum posts now come dark by default, to sit well in war.app's dark forum. A switch gives the light ones instead.
Podium and zones on group pages and forum pictures
A league group's own page now marks who is going up, to the playoff or down, and the top division's gold, silver and bronze places with the podium's stars once the season ends. The table pictures in forum posts show the gold, silver and bronze places too.
Gold, silver and bronze in the top division
In a league's top division, the first three places are marked gold, silver and bronze as soon as games are played, and when the season ends the champion gets a gold star with silver and bronze stars for second and third. Place numbers in league tables are centred.
Playoff places stand out
In league tables, the place that goes to the promotion playoff is now marked in a brighter amber, easier to tell apart from the green promotion and red relegation places, on the site and in the forum pictures.
Summaries ready for the war.app forum
Each results summary on News now has a version ready for the war.app forum, for the series' organizers: open "For the war.app forum" under the summary, press Copy and paste it into a forum post. The forum has no tables of its own, so standings come as pictures of proper tables or, if you prefer, as a line of text per row, both as they stood when the summary was made. Organizers can also make one for the last few weeks or the season so far at any time, from the series' Manage tab.
Seasonal ladder players linked to their accounts
The Seasonal ladder's players are being matched to their war.app accounts, newest seasons first, so each shows under the name they use today and their seasons gather on one page even if they renamed. Each season also shows its template and dates.
The Seasonal ladder
war.app's Seasonal ladder is under Leagues/Cups: every season from XXI to the one in play, with its standings worked out the way war.app does it, 20 players a page, the season winners, a Hall of Fame and a Stats tab. Every player has a page with their seasons. The season in play is read again every day.
Site updates once a day
Site updates now come out at most once a day, at 18:00 UTC: everything new that day in one post on News and one message in #updates, with a link to read it all. Results summaries still come out as soon as they are ready.
On Stats for a single year, Players counts the players who played a game that year and Templates used the templates its games were played on, the same games as the Games per template chart. All time still counts every player the site knows.
Picking a year on Stats now counts the games played in that year, January to December. Before, a whole tournament, league or cup counted in the year it finished, so 2024 ran from July 2023 to August 2024. Titles and places still count in the year they were won.
Every round robin between players, P/R League groups included, has a Cross table tab: each player's result against every other, W or L, with a link to the game, and the games still to play marked.
Every Nations Cup game since 2019 now has the date it finished on war.app. Until now most seasons put all their games on the day the season ended, so Stats showed hundreds of games in a single week.
Titled Tuesday and War Gaming Live rank win rates from 10 games instead of 30, so about three times as many players are on those lists. Every win rate list, in the leagues and cups and on Stats, now says its minimum in its heading.
A season's, edition's or event's page names its league or cup in a small link above its name, as Clan League tournaments do, with the buttons to the one before and after beside the name. A Clan League division's page links its whole season there too.
Every league and cup now has a page for each of its players, like the P/R League's: the Clan League's seasons with the squad, its games by size and its place; the Clan Cup's editions and how far the squad went; each Titled Tuesday or War Gaming Live event with the place reached; and the Nations Cup's seasons with the team or teams played for. Names in a league's or cup's own tables open that page, and it links on to all of the player's tournaments and stats.
The Nations Cup page opens faster: its Players list loads when you open that tab, 50 players at a time as you search, sort and page. Signed-in players see their own name in the top bar there again, not their profile number.
The Nations Cup's Hall of Fame lists every season's champion, runner-up and the rest of the top four with the champion's matches, and each country's titles, runner-up places, top-four finishes and match record. The Countries tab can show one country, and count only the seasons you pick, such as the first two editions or every season since 2019.
The Nations Cup season in play shows each group the way the organizers score it: points are games won, those of matches still in play included, plus the team's modifier from their sheet, and MP is the most a team can still reach. A Countries tab gives every country's titles, finals, top-four finishes and its best place in each season, and a Players tab ranks everyone by their 1v1 games across all seasons, with each season's own list on its page. Player pages have a Nations Cup card with each season, the team or teams played for and how they went.
The Nations Cup now goes back to its start. The 2012 edition, won by Norway over Brazil in the final, has its groups, knockout and games. The 2013-14 edition, which stopped at the semi-finals with Germany, Norway and Poland 1 still in, has every tie the forum reported. Their matches were scored in points: 1v1 and 2v2 wins 1, 3v3 wins 2 and the big team game 3.
Every league and cup steps through its seasons the way the P/R League does: a season's or edition's page has buttons to the one before and after it, with its champion beside its name. The Clan League's seasons have pages of their own, its divisions step to the same division a season earlier or later, and each Titled Tuesday or War Gaming Live event steps to the events around it.
Stats has a Find a player field: type a name, or paste a war.app profile link, to open that player's stats. Names are suggested as you type, and when you are signed in, My stats opens your own.
A Nations Cup season run here can end in a knockout: the group winners are seeded, teams from the same group or country can meet only in the final, and each match can close with a champions' game.
